Please place orders directly through our website. Simply browse our range of products which are categorised by the car brand, make and model. Once you have located the product(s) you wish to order, enter your car model and add the desired product to your cart. Once you’re ready, proceed to checkout and follow the secure payment process. Our products are made to order, and we work on a standard production lead time of 6-8 weeks. Please note that annual holidays are not included in this timeframe and may extend the delivery date. Once you have placed an order, we will keep you updated along the way so there’s no need to chase us for updates.
If any products are listed as ‘in stock’ then this will be stated clearly on the product page under ‘Lead Times’ and will mean that the product will be shipped on the next working day.

You will receive a shipment confirmation email which will include the tracking information for your order. You can also keep up to date with your orders shipping progress when you make an online account via our website using the same email address that you used when placing your order.
Yes. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email to the email address you supplied us with when placing your order. Tracking details will be provided so that you can monitor your delivery in real time. You can also keep up to date with the order progress via your online account.
Head over to the account login page of the JCR website which you can access here or by clicking on the user symbol in the top right corner of the homepage then follow the sign up steps.
To sign up you will need to input the same name and email address information you used when originally placing your order.
When signing up you will be asked for;

Once you have input that information requested, press on ‘create account’ and your account will be created for you. Next time you want to access your account you will just need to use the same details to log in. From here you can keep an eye on the status of your order.
At JCR we are proud to offer our customers international shipping all year round. We mainly use UPS & DHL tracked shipping for our courier services.
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your order to request a return. Please visit our Refund Policy for more information.
We don’t have an in-house installation service however; we will always do our best to recommend trusted installation partners in your area upon request. Please note that installation of any performance or aftermarket part should be carried out by a qualified and experienced automotive technician. Failure to install products correctly may result in damage to the vehicle and / or the JCR product being installed.
We understand you’re excited to receive your order! At this time, we’re unable to expedite shipments. Your order is scheduled to arrive in line with the estimated lead time as detailed when you placed your order.
We will email you along the way so you’ll never need to chase us for updates. You will receive tracking information as soon as your order ships.

We put a lot of time and effort into our packaging service to ensure your orders are always packaged to the highest standard to ensure the products to arrive with you safely and unharmed. Each part is individually wrapped in bubble wrap and we use strong carboard boxes with a range of protective stuffing as required.
If you realise you’ve entered the wrong shipping address, please contact us immediately. Once an order has shipped, we’re unable to change the shipping address in any way.

Each product page clearly states which car that product is compatible with. We also ask for your car model so we can double check that you have ordered the correct part for your car. If you’re still unsure, contact our team before ordering and we’ll be able to verify compatibility for you.

The lifespan depends on usage and maintenance. All JCR products are built from the highest quality materials designed for long-term durability under normal conditions. If properly maintained, your product should last for many years.

Each JCR order comes with a JCR Product authenticity certificate which will detail all of the product(s) included in that order including their unique part number(s) along with who has inspected each item and packaged the order. The certificate also displays its own unique authenticity code.
Please ensure you keep your authenticity certificate safe.
The certificate confirms the products genuine and made my JCR, assures its authentic, high-quality and traceable.
PAYMENT
We do not offer staged payments. All orders must be paid in full before the order is secured into our system. Your order won’t be processed until the full payment is received.
We accept major credit and debit cards along with bank transfer, upon request. Other secure payment options are listed at checkout. All transactions are processed through encrypted gateways for your protection.
Full payment is due on ordering. No orders will be processed unless full payment has been made.
All prices on our website include VAT for UK customers. For international orders, VAT is not applied. Import duties, local taxes and Tariffs may be charged upon delivery and are the sole responsibility of the customer/importer.

Yes, you can pay with your local currency via the website. The currency will be clearly displayed during the checkout process.
All of our prices are listed in GBP (£). Some payment processors (like PayPal) may automatically convert your local currency at checkout.
